Captioning
For assistance determining if your materials have captions, please see our Captioning Quick Start Guide. If you are creating lectures via Panopto please see this Video about how to caption. If you have a request from a student in your course for Captioning or Transcripts, please complete the Captioned Materials Request Form.
For larger files, please upload them via the request form. If your video file is too large to be uploaded (>16MB) please share a One Drive link with DRCTechnology@rajcmmementos.com, you may also bring it in to the Disability Resource Center office on a flash drive or DVD.

Accepted File Types
DRC can send off the following file types to be captioned:
- .AIFF
- .ASF
- .AVI
- .FLV
- .F4V
- .MOV
- .MPG
- .MP3
- .MP4
- .MTS
- .M2T
- .M4A
- .M4B
- .M4V
- .RA
- .RM
- .WAV
- .WEBM VP8/VP9
- .WMA
- .WMV
- DVDs (please allow 4-6 weeks for processing)
- YouTube Clips
If the file type is not listed above, we cannot accept it. (i.e. links other than YouTube, VHS tapes, and cassette tapes)
